Our Story

How a casual seaside jam night grew into a welcoming weekly music circle.

A warmly lit sunroom overlooking a hint of coastline through large windows, transformed into an amateur music jam space. A cluster of stools and armchairs surrounds a low wooden table piled with harmonicas, a tambourine, a capo, and a stack of blank sign-up cards with no visible writing. Nearby, a small chalkboard rests on an easel, its surface intentionally blurred, suggesting meeting info without readable text. A friendly-looking portable amp and a coiled microphone cable sit at the edge of the frame. Golden-hour sunlight floods the room, creating soft highlights on the instruments and a playful, welcoming glow. Photographic realism, wide-angle composition capturing the entire inviting scene, ideal as a hero image for a casual music group called Central Coast Unplugged.
A cozy living-room-style rehearsal corner filled with musical instruments instead of people: a well-worn acoustic guitar leaning against a soft, patterned couch, a sunburst electric guitar resting on a stand, a compact digital keyboard on a simple wooden table, and a small cajón drum beside an open instrument case with cables spilling out. Scattered sheet music and a colorful notebook lie on a low coffee table. Warm late-afternoon sunlight pours through a nearby window, creating long, gentle shadows and golden highlights on the wood and fabric. Photographic realism, eye-level composition with shallow depth of field, playful and inviting mood, capturing the feeling of an informal weekly jam session about to begin, with empty seats subtly suggesting a friendly, amateur group gathering soon.

Jam Along the Central Coast

Central Coast Unplugged is a laid-back weekly jam where guitars, ukes, voices, hand drums, horns—any acoustic-friendly instrument—are welcome. We trade songs, swap stories, laugh a lot, and play for the joy of it.
